under section 31144(g) of title 49, United States Code,

including the program’s effectiveness in reducing crashes,

fatalities, and injuries involving commercial motor vehicles

and improving commercial motor vehicle safety.

a publicly accessible Internet Web site of the Department

and submit to the Committee on Commerce, Science, and
