shall submit to the Secretary a report on its findings

under this section and any recommendations for the

volved in emergency response and recovery.

under paragraph (1), the Secretary shall publish the

report on a publicly accessible Internet Web site of

the Department.

OTIFICATION

the date the Secretary receives the report under subsection

(c)(1), the Secretary shall notify the Committee on Trans-
19
portation and Infrastructure of the House of Representa-
20
tives and the Committee on Commerce, Science, and
21
Transportation of the Senate on the actions the Secretary
22
and the States have taken to implement the recommenda-
23
tions included in the report.
