SEC. 3017. OBLIGATION CEILING.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the total

of all obligations from amounts made available from the

Mass Transit Account of the Highway Trust Fund by sub-

section (a) of section 5338 of title 49, United States Code,

shall not exceed—

(1) $8,724,000,000 in fiscal year 2016;
12
(2) $8,879,000,000 in fiscal year 2017;
13
(3) $9,059,000,000 in fiscal year 2018;
14
(4) $9,240,000,000 in fiscal year 2019;
15
(5) $9,429,000,000 in fiscal year 2020; and
16
(6) $9,618,000,000 in fiscal year 2021.
