ment to implement the advanced

transportation
technologies

ment initiative across jurisdictional

boundaries; and

‘‘(II) is an eligible entity under

this paragraph.’’.

SEC. 6004. TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION DEPLOYMENT

PROGRAM.

Section 503(c)(3) of title 23, United States Code, is
20
amended—
21
(1) in subparagraph (C) by striking ‘‘2013
22
through 2014’’ and inserting ‘‘2016 through 2021’’;
23
and
24
(2) by adding at the end the following:
