SEC. 5507. NOTIFICATION REGARDING MOTOR CARRIER

REGISTRATION.

Not later than 30 days after the date of enactment
4
of this Act, the Secretary shall submit to the Committee
5
on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of
6
Representatives and the Committee on Commerce,
7
Science, and Transportation of the Senate written notifi-
8
cation of the actions the Secretary is taking to ensure,
9
to the greatest extent practicable, that each application
10
for registration under section 13902 of title 49, United
11
States Code, is processed not later than 30 days after the
12
date on which the application is received by the Secretary.
