ESERVATION OF FUNDS

apportioned to a State under section 104(b)(2) for

each fiscal year, the Secretary shall reserve an

amount such that—

‘‘(A) the Secretary reserves a total of
17
$819,900,000 under this subsection; and
18
‘‘(B) the State’s share of that total is de-
19
termined by multiplying the amount under sub-
20
paragraph (A) by the ratio that—
21
‘‘(i) the amount apportioned to the
22
State for the transportation enhancements
23
program for fiscal year 2009 under section
24
133(d)(2), as in effect on the day before
