‘‘(BB) in the case of a State that meets

agrees to comply with the requirements estab-

State may fund operation and maintenance

costs associated with innovative technology de-

ployment under subsection (l)(3) with motor

carrier safety assistance program funds author-

ized under section 31104(a)(1).

the Secretary approves the plan or update.

shall redact any information identified by the

State that, if disclosed—
