Secretary), the following provisions of the Indian Self-De-

termination and Education Assistance Act shall apply to

compact and funding agreements (except that any ref-
19
erence to the Secretary of the Interior or the Secretary
20
of Health and Human Services in such provisions shall
21
be treated as a reference to the Secretary of Transpor-
22
tation):

‘‘(1) Subsections (a), (b), (d), (g), and (h) of
24
section 506 of such Act (25 U.S.C. 458aaa-5), relat-
25
ing to general provisions.
