of each year, the Secretary shall submit to the Com-

mittee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs and

the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate and

the Committee on Transportation and Infrastruc-

ture, the Committee on Science, Space, and Tech-
17
nology, and the Committee on Appropriations of the
18
House of Representatives a report that includes—
19
‘‘(A) a description of each project that re-
20
ceived assistance under this subsection during
21
the preceding fiscal year;
22
‘‘(B) an evaluation of the activities carried
23
out by each organization that received assist-
24
ance under this subsection during the preceding
25
fiscal year;
