vices at railway-highway crossings at least—

‘‘(i) $225,000,000 for fiscal year
19
2016;
20
‘‘(ii) $230,000,000 for fiscal year
21
2017;
22
‘‘(iii) $235,000,000 for fiscal year
23
2018;
24
‘‘(iv) $240,000,000 for fiscal year
25
2019;
