and Elizabeth City, North Carolina, to Norfolk, Vir-

ginia.’’;

(2) in paragraph (18)(D)—

(A) in clause (ii) by striking ‘‘and’’ at the
15
end;
16
(B) in clause (iii) by striking the period at
17
the end and inserting ‘‘; and’’; and
18
(C) by adding at the end the following:

‘‘(iv) include Texas State Highway 44
20
from United States Route 59 at Freer,
21
Texas, to Texas State Highway 358.’’;

(3) by striking paragraph (68) and inserting

the following:

‘‘(68) The Washoe County Corridor and the
