year, a State shall—

‘‘(A) obligate an amount of funds reserved
9
under this section equal to the amount of the
10
funds apportioned to the State for fiscal year
11
2009 under section 104(h)(2), as in effect on
12
the day before the date of enactment of MAP–
13
21, for projects relating to recreational trails
14
under section 206;
15
‘‘(B) return 1 percent of those funds to the
16
Secretary for the administration of that pro-
17
gram; and
18
‘‘(C) comply with the provisions of the ad-
19
ministration of the recreational trails program
20
under section 206, including the use of appor-
21
tioned funds described in subsection (d)(3)(A)
22
of that section.
