(A) A specified length of time for a learn-

er’s permit stage.

(B) A requirement that drivers under the

age of 21 years be accompanied by experienced
12
drivers over the age of 21 years.

(C) A restriction on travel distances.
14
(D) A restriction on maximum allowable
15
driving hours.
16
(E) Mandatory driver training that exceeds
17
the requirements for drivers over the age of 21
18
years issued by the Secretary under section
19
31305(c) of title 49, United States Code.
20
(F) Use of certain safety technologies in
21
the vehicles of drivers under the age of 21
22
years.
23
(G) Any other element the task force con-
24
siders appropriate.
