TATE TRAFFIC SAFETY INFORMATION

shall be allocated among States that meet require-

ments with respect to State traffic safety informa-

tion system improvements (as described in sub-

section (c)).

In each fiscal year, 52.5 percent of the funds pro-

vided under this section shall be allocated among
11
States that meet requirements with respect to im-
12
paired driving countermeasures (as described in sub-
13
section (d)).

year, 8.5 percent of the funds provided under this

section shall be allocated among States that adopt

and implement effective laws to reduce distracted

driving (as described in subsection (e)).
